About Ultra Seal

Ultra Seal LLC is an insulation company located in Morgantown, West Virginia. Ultra Seal specializes in custom, commercial and residential insulation with the top two insulations products available; spray foam and cellulose.

When it comes to insulating your home, traditional pink fiberglass batting isn’t the only option. Spray  foam and cellulose insulation is gaining popularity because of its ability to lower  heating cost.

How they work

Spray Foam reducing your heating cost up to 50%

Open Cell ½ lb.

The liquid polyurethane is pumped through pressurized spray nozzles – as it lands on the surface of your attic or side walls, it expands to form a continuous insulating barrier. Spray foam insulation is a spray-applied, open-cell insulation that expands 100 times its volume to fill cracks, crevices and voids while remaining flexible. The R-value of spray foam insulation is 3.5 per inch. This insulation does not shrink, sag or settle or lose its R-value over time. Open-cell foam offers great sound attenuation characteristics to minimize airborne noise. Spray foam  is cost-competitive insulation material perfect for walls, attics, ceilings and floors.

Close Cell  spray-applied insulation is a rigid insulation, air barrier and vapor barrier systems when applied at the proper thickness. Both spray formulas have an R-value of 7.14 per inch. Spray polyurethane foam insulation systems are recognized as the best defense against all six mechanisms of heat transfer. Reducing  air leakage to increase energy efficiency, minimize requirements for mold growth, and add structural stability. This closed-cell polyurethane foam does not shrink, sag or settle and is the perfect insulation for walls, attics, floors, and foundations.

Unlike traditional insulating materials like fiberglass, spray foam insulation can seal and fill all the tiny cracks and seams you might not even see. The seamless material virtually eliminates energy-wasting air filtration.

Cellulose reducing your heating cost up to 40%

The cellulose insulation is a non-toxic natural product made from at least 80% recovered, post-consumer paper fiber, reducing landfill waste. Each 50 sq. ft. bag contains the equivalent of about 46 Sunday newspapers. Cellulose insulation has a Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.90 (90% of sound energy absorbed). It is so effective at keeping outside noises out, that it's approved by the Federal Aviation Administration as an enhanced sound control material for homes located in the flight paths of our nation's airports!
